Eligibility Policy 

To rent a vehicle from Revolve Rides, renters must meet and continue to meet the following minimum

Revolve Rides Eligibility Policy

To rent a vehicle from Revolve Rides, renters must meet and continue to meet the following minimum requirements for the entire duration of their rental:

  • Age Requirement: Renters must be at least 21 years old.
  • Driver’s License: A valid U.S. driver’s license is required and must remain valid throughout the rental period. Suspended, revoked, or expired licenses will result in immediate termination of the rental. International driver’s licenses are not accepted at this time.
  • Soft Credit Check: A soft credit check is required for rental approval.
  • Payment Method: A single valid credit or debit card must be provided at booking and remain valid throughout the reservation. Switching or using multiple cards during the rental is not allowed.
  • Driving Record: Renters must have a clean driving history with no recent major violations, suspensions, or excessive infractions.

Revolve Rides reserves the right to deny or terminate rental services at its sole discretion if any eligibility criteria are not met or if any condition changes during the rental period.

Cancellation Policy

Revolve Rides reserves the right to cancel any reservation at its sole discretion for reasons including but not limited to suspicious activity, fraud, forged documents, invalid payment methods, reckless behavior, or non-payment.

Renters may cancel their reservation at any time by contacting us via call or text. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.

Refund Policy
  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the trip start time are eligible for a full refund.
  • Partial Refunds: Cancellations within 24 hours of the trip start time may qualify for a partial refund at Revolve Rides’ discretion.
  • Company-Initiated Cancellations: If Revolve Rides cancels a reservation and the renter has not violated any policy, a refund will be issued for any unused portion of the trip.
  • Early Returns: Refunds for early returns are not guaranteed and will be assessed based on notice provided, reason for return, and ability to re-rent the vehicle.

Extensions & Modifications Policy

Extension requests are subject to approval by Revolve Rides. We may require vehicle inspection or a vehicle swap. Approval depends on availability, vehicle condition, and the renter’s compliance history. We encourage renters to request extensions in advance.

Collections Policy

Unpaid balances forwarded to a collections agency will incur:

  • 25% liquidated damages on the unpaid debt
  • 15% attorney’s fees if legal action is required

Renters who dispute valid charges may be subject to legal collections and credit bureau reporting.

No-Show Policy

A renter is deemed a no-show if they fail to cancel and do not arrive within 3 hours of their scheduled start time or if documentation cannot be verified. No-show reservations are non-refundable. Late arrival exceptions may be granted at our discretion for reasons outside the renter’s control.

Fee Policy

Violations & Penalties:

  • Smoking Fee: $350
  • Re-charge Fee (EVs only):
  • $25 (51–75%)
  • $40 (21–50%)
  • $80 (0–20%)
  • Applies if returned with less than 80% battery
  • Cleaning Fee (excessive mess): $350
  • Biohazard Cleaning: $75
  • Late Return: $50 + additional rental time charged at the hourly rate
  • Missing J1772 Charging Adapter: $75
  • Missing Physical Key: $250
  • Ticket Admin Fee: $15 per occurrence
  • Relocation Fee: $50 + $5 per mile if dropped at the wrong location
  • Abandonment Fee: $500 + cost to recover vehicle
  • Mileage Overage: $0.50/mile over 250 miles per day (averaged)

  • Delivery Fee: $75 (required for airport drop-offs; availability varies)
  • Underage Driver (21–24): $100/day

Incidentals & Recovery
  • Roadside Assistance: $250 + service costs
  • Repossession Fee: $250 + service costs
  • Recovery Fee: $250 + mileage + expenses
  • $0.50/mile (0–499), $0.35/mile (500–999), $0.25/mile (1000+)
  • Plus costs like impound fees, flights, charging, etc.
  • Flat Tire: Varies based on cause and repair
  • Toll Fees: Full toll cost + 25% processing fee

Security Deposit
  • Rental Security Deposit: $350
  • Authorized before trip start; released after vehicle return minus any outstanding fees.
  • Supercharging Hold (EVs): $1
  • Temporary hold to activate the digital key; released post-trip after supercharging reconciliation.

Service Animal & Cleaning Policy

Service animals are welcome in all Revolve Rides vehicles. No fees apply unless excessive cleaning is required (e.g., hair, odor, damage), in which case the standard cleaning fee of $350 may apply.

Communications Policy

The renter must maintain the same phone number throughout the rental process. This number is tied to your reservation and digital key delivery. Changes may result in cancellation or complications.

General Policy Statement

The above policies are designed to ensure fairness, safety, and transparency. Revolve Rides reserves the right to enforce all policies under applicable laws and the rental agreement, and to amend these policies at any time.

Terms and conditions 
  1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”) and Ciitomi Holding LLC doing business as Revolve Rides (“Revolve Rides,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access and use of the Revolve Rides website, mobile application, and associated media platforms (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. Supplemental terms or policies posted from time to time are incorporated by reference. We may modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

Use of this Site from outside the U.S. is at your own initiative, and you are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

Unless stated otherwise, all code, content, graphics, and trademarks on the Site are owned or licensed by Revolve Rides and are protected under copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may only use the Site and its content for your personal, non-commercial use.

We may suspend or terminate your access for any false or misleading information.

We reserve the right to block or ban access to any user at our sole discretion. You are prohibited from creating a new account if your access is revoked. We may pursue legal action for serious violations.

The Site may be updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We are not liable for service interruptions, errors, or downtime.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. You consent to the jurisdiction of Harris County, Texas for any disputes.

  1. Dispute Resolution – Arbitration Agreement

You agree to resolve any dispute with Revolve Rides through binding individual arbitration. You waive your right to jury trial and class actions. Small claims court and third-party insurance matters are exempt from this clause.

We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors or inaccuracies on the Site without notice.

Use of the Site is at your own risk. We disclaim all warranties and are not liable for issues including service interruptions, loss of data, or unauthorized access to your account.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify Ciitomi Holding LLC d/b/a Revolve Rides and its affiliates from any claims or losses resulting from your use of the Site, violations of these Terms, or harm to other users.

We store and manage data related to your use of the Site. You are responsible for your own data backups. We are not liable for loss or corruption of data.

17.1 Data Protection and Soft Credit Pulls

By using our services, you consent to Revolve Rides retaining soft credit check data to evaluate risk, pricing, and future eligibility. Data may be deleted upon request by emailing privacy@revolverides.com unless legally required to retain it.

  1. Electronic Communications & Signatures

You consent to electronic communications and signatures for all agreements, notices, and transactions. This satisfies any legal requirement for documents to be in writing.

18.1 Text Messaging

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive promotional texts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply “STOP” to opt out.

  1. Miscellaneous

These Terms represent the full agreement between you and Revolve Rides. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect. These Terms do not create an employment, agency, or joint venture relationship.

We reserve the right to deny service to anyone who has previously caused damage, failed to pay, or acted in a way that puts our operations or vehicles at risk. This is enforced in compliance with all anti-discrimination laws.

  1. Promotional Codes

Promo codes are one-time use and cannot be combined. Codes may be used on initial bookings or a single extension. Offers may change without notice. Veterans receive 20% off with valid ID.

Ciitomi Holding LLC doing business as Revolve Rides (“Revolve Rides”) makes the following disclaimers regarding the information, vehicles, technologies, and services offered through its platform:

  1. Vehicle Information and Ratings

Revolve Rides has not independently verified the accuracy of any safety ratings, mileage estimates, or statistical data presented on its website or mobile application. Any such information is provided for convenience only and may be sourced from third parties. Revolve Rides disclaims all liability for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from reliance on this information.

  1. Vehicle Quality and Performance

Revolve Rides does not guarantee the quality, performance, reliability, or condition of any vehicle, whether manufactured by Tesla or any other brand. The company is not liable for manufacturing defects, mechanical failures, or third-party product issues—including but not limited to accessories, chargers, or adapters—provided with the vehicle.

  1. Vehicle Availability and Features

All vehicles offered through Revolve Rides are subject to availability and may be substituted at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee the make, model, year, color, trim level, or specific features of any reserved vehicle. Accessories such as charging adapters, phone holders, or auxiliary items are also not guaranteed and may vary from vehicle to vehicle.

  1. Mileage Estimates

Mileage listings are approximations based on periodic updates and may not reflect real-time usage. Actual mileage may vary, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of mileage shown at the time of booking.

  1. Tesla Autopilot, Full Self-Driving, and Other Technologies

By renting a Tesla or any vehicle with advanced driver assistance technologies from Revolve Rides, the customer acknowledges and assumes all associated risks. This includes risks linked to Tesla’s Autopilot, Full Self-Driving (FSD), or any software or hardware features subject to manufacturer recalls or performance limitations. Revolve Rides is not responsible for accidents, safety issues, or operational failures related to these technologies.

Use of such features is at the renter’s own discretion and peril. Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revolve Rides, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of any such technologies.
